Monday, November 8, 2010 at Viking Cooking School in Salt Lake City, Pastry Chef Mary Cech will demonstrate some of her savory tarts. Mary is the author of Savory Baking and The Wine Lover's Dessert Cookbook. Time: 4 to 6pm. Look for your invitation coming on Evite.
